Shipping & Delivery

Where does Wilton Shop ship?
We offer global delivery to most countries worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and select remote regions. During checkout, you’ll be notified if we cannot ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
  2. Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment for both options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Do you ship during holidays?
We process orders year-round, but delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (especially before major baking holidays). We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance if using free shipping, or 2 weeks for standard shipping during these periods.
Are there additional fees for international orders?
International customers may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in your order total. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package all items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
