At Wilton Shop, we take as much care in crafting our return policy as we do in designing our premium bakeware. We want you to be completely satisfied with your baking essentials, whether you’re stocking your kitchen with our bakeware sets or upgrading your tools with our professional-grade equipment.
Our Return Promise
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Important Exceptions:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Blender Replacement Parts (once opened)
- Bread Machine Parts & Accessories (if packaging is opened)
- Candy Making Supplies that are perishable or consumable
- Cloth Napkins & Chair Pads that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
Simple Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Use this template for your return request:
Step 2: Package Your Return
Once you receive your RMA number:
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
- Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a cake pan with imperfections or a baking tool that doesn’t function properly):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
