2. Package Your Return: Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may take an additional 2-10 business days.
